4 July - online linked with GC Key
17 July - 1st acknowledgement letter
22 July - Medical passed and eligibility review started.
31 July - 2nd acknowledgement letter ( 9.16 am)
31 July - Biometrics correspondence letter ( 10.15 am)
1 August - Visa approved ( 11.15 am)
File processed offline with IRCC Delhi
Passport, Biometrics and Medicals submitted along with paper application on 3 July.

My consultant said me to wait for this week for the visa

Its a letter which specifies your 10 years Biometrics validity. This letter you can use for all applications (for visa extention, PR etc) with IRCC. This is a barcode specific letter for an individual and hence I cannot uploadin a public domain.
Bro just calm down. People with 12th biometrics on wards have not gotten the final decision yet so it's my advice to you to wait at least for 2 weeks.
My friend has applied on 19th and yet their is no update in his gckey. So now you can imagine it gonna take at least 2 weeks. So don't worry things will fall in right manner. Hope this time you will get positive result but at least give them some time to review on your profile.
Good probing question. The only probable answer could be that some of the VFS staff are still not properly trained to distinguish between SDS and non SDS applications.
A letter acknowledging that you appeared for biometrics on a given date, and it's period of validity that is 10 year period. It also states that you don't need to have biometrics again in that given period when you make subsequent forTRV applications
