From what I have read on this forum It means that your application is being updated in the background (as some Updations are not visible to us) and it is generally followed by the final decision.
Has your eligibility review started?

Yes it started on Friday.

They refer to this as a ghost update. I've seen other people say it means that an officer has looked at your file to verify something, but that no official update has been changed.

I think it is called as "ghost update" its like indication that ur file is going to be updated.
Btw wats ur timeline?

Applied 26th June
Biometric 1st July
Medical updated 15th July
Biometric complete updated 22nd July
Student Acknowledgement Letter 24th July
Eligibility review started 26th July

Application Submitted- 1st of July
Biometrics submitted- 3rd of July
Medical cleared and biometrics correspondence letter- 19th July
After that no update till now
Received original passport request just now
What does that mean ?
