The emails I received had an email address mentioned to send it to and the last one just said to reply back to the same email with attachments. I hop
When i got the additional doc request, they asked me to send it through webform. and on GCkey, if you click on the application submission (it is at the top part of the application), you will see additional doc request upload. You can upload it there too. I uploaded into both places.

My spouse originally had CBSA seize passport and birth certificate and was issued a removal order, however we got AIP and Work order shortly after AIP, and now CBSA has released the passport to us. we are going to Visit the Mexican consulate to get the new passport made and send to immigration and hopefully get landing shortly after that.

If you are from a visa country like myself you need a visa. When you get your citizenship you won’t need it
