Nope for me, although it was confusing for penalty question, as penalty was mentioned in two points, first and last... I put last

Yes, same. It was about fail to register after 3 months so I thought I would be one with fine.

I wrote "18th September" because the question says "write no more that 3 words and or a number" , so we should put one number only.

Listening...I found it difficult.. 15 to 30 was not the usual pattern.. especially the cooling tower diagram.. Brain fade situation for me.. Hope my guess answers are right
