Hey everyone

i called cic and found out they have sent the ppr email on May 21
then i asked them to resend on this Monday
does anyone know how long it will take mostlikely？

I am in same situation, did you get your ppr email again . And if yes , how much time they took to resend the ppr . Because they sent me the first one one 22/july but on wrong email address.

Took me a month. The agent had told me you have to wait 21 business days. You’ll get it, just wait and distract yourself for a few days.

I am in same situation...did you received again ?
mine was sent 15th July from CIO sydney office....i talked to an agent and she told me they will put a note to send me again...

Yes , i got it after 5 business days . I fill out the web form on 22 july explaining the situation and I get new ppr 30 july .
I fill out several web form , like more than one and i got reply back for every web form . So just fill the web form and explain your situation and just wait for reply.

Thanks for the reply. I have raised a CSE as well as sent an email to CPC Ottawa yesterday.
