Ohh but I see that second line on both Sponsor and PA side in ecas ...that's not the case with you?

It still does not mean anything, they won’t start processing the applicant until SA of the sponsor.
As an example, I remember my wife’s application had the 2nd line on both sides, but when the application reached the LVO they changed the 2nd line’s date

Question:
In Sponsorship Application Status : My both parents name is there
In Permanent Residence Application Status : Only main applicant's Name is there
Do they just add only main applicant's name?

In the tracker, Application received date is 28 May, on the ECAS it says 27 May

yes but that is a doctor, you can choose any other doctor who are much faster
