I am a PR and would like to sponsor my wife and two kids to quebec from inland. Can anyone explain me the procedure to obtain their CSQs and the forms required please.

Do they have TRVs or are your from an visa exempt country?

No. thay dont have TRV neither visa exempt country. I am a QSW and want to sponsor under family class sponsorship. I dont know the procedure to obtain the CSQ for them.

If you want to sponsor them inland they must be able to get a TRV to enter Canada first. That may prove very difficult.
