Twice i contacted bangalore office via the IRCC web form and both the times they replied - Your enquiry refers to a case being processed at the CPC-Edmonton. We do not have carriage of this file in our office.
I got this reply once on 12th July and 23rd July i.e. today.
Latest update i received was on : 22nd June - Medical Cleared
