Medical Exam sent but still not received (Philippines)

Hi, I am from the Philippines trying to get a student visa. Everything has gone smoothly so far except for the medical exam. I took my medical exam in Cebu before it was formally requested and I think the clinic sent my results to IIRC in Manila too early. Now 30 days after it was formally requested it has still not been marked as received. I tried contacting the clinic but they said they can’t do anything because my results were already sent. I sent an enquiry since my application is past normal processing times but the response time could take 28 days. Is there anything I can do to fix this in a faster manner?

I am not sure if my issue was same as yours...I did my medical upfront on June 10 and then submitted my application in person in Pakistan and linked application online on June 25. Medical showed passed on June 28 and then it said the next day you don't need a medical. After I received a medical request on July 7 even though the clinic sent my results and they said they can't do it again. SO I submitted like 4 webforms and sent an email to the Abu Dhabi visa office and they eventually replied after 7 days and linked my existing medical even though their reply time is 28 business days, they somehow still responded within 7.

Did the clinic give you a copy of your e-medical?

No but they gave me a tracking record. I believe they said they couldn’t give me a copy

I received a medical request on June 28th. Sent my emedical Via webform. They responded on 9th July via email that they have received my document but on GC key my status reads as your action is required. We have requested a medical exam. My clinic has already sent my details to cic

That tracking record is a UMI number,, just add that UMI number in the webform and mention to them to link it to your profile...

Have you electronically signed your uploaded document? If not, please do so. Action required won't change if its not signed electronically.

That tracking record is a UMI number,, just add that UMI number in the webform and mention to them to link it to your profile...

It's a pdf copy of what the clinic gave me. There was no option to digitally sign it like 1294e

Upload your document thru GCkey. It's the fastest way. From there, you will see afterwards that you need to electronically sign your doc.

If you click "check full application status" you will see the "view submitted application or upload document."
