Student Visa taking too long(no recent updates)

Hello everyone,
I applied for a student visa on 5th May from India and have even received the letter of acceptance from the University of Manitoba for a phd however there have been no updates since then and my classes will begin in September.

For me after biometrics it's been 45 days.... I have applied from India and I am still waiting
