Two degree/ program completed in parallel

I got my ECA done via University of Toronto for my bachelors degree in tech (4 years) and diploma in business management (4 semesters). Both the education are certified by Univ of Toronto.

However, as the degrees was obtained in parallel, there is remark at the end of my CES report, reading: 'Program completed concurrently in conjunction with credential #1'.

Do you think I can claim CRS points for two or more degree?

Are you currently attending the program? Is the program finished? If the program is not completed, then you cannot. Programme must be completed, and you must be awarded a degree or a provisional degree to be able to claim points.

The course is completed and certificate is awarded. Same is captured in eca report as well. Just the summary reads 'continuing'
