2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

Does the ppr just come early morning. Can I expect it today or the golden time has passed for today already?

I think it depends on your VO.

My theory is that they get everything ready the day before, and first thing they do in the morning is send PPR and update ECAS to the approved applications from the day before (at least in Sydney NS VO). My file never changed locations throughout the whole process.

PPR is here at last. Exactly one week after medical extension and 18 months and 2 days total of processing with IRCC.
Received the golden email at 4:48 am Mountain Standard Time, ECAS shows decision made, GCKey still not updated, progress bar shows 29 days left.
