Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

I did not get any email. I just check my account online every day, and today it says " Your action is required". Then after I clicked in, I found " your application is approved" with information of PR visa along with passport number.
Mine didn't show approve online. But received a call to confirm with my mailing address, and told me they will send my passport back to me today. To make sure, I also called CIC and they said there is note saying passport send back today. However, the tracking number has not been activated.
Nope. I logged into my GCkeys and it said “profile updated” and I clicked on it and it showed my application is approved.
I called CIC today, to at least hear my envelope has been received. The agent told me "there are no notes from the Ottawa Office"
She also told me I should wait 2 weeks to receive my passports back.
Wondering who else sent to PO Box 8781 K1G 4B9 around the first week of July. Any of you received any updates already? For some reason I'm feeling super worried

Nice to hear that your envelope has been received. Things will move forward. I sent them passport on July 2 and it was delivered on July 3. I called cic yesterday evening and they told me nothing on file. Canada Post delivered and I have the delivery proof. These guys say that they still don't have the passport received info on file. The agent told me "Probably received and not opened yet". I'm one day behind you, so keep me posted when you see any updates
Yeah, I'm aware that takes 2-3 weeks. I just feel very anxious not having a real confirmation my passport is safe and all is good. But well, there's nothing I can do at this time, just wait. We are close to the end, so good luck to us all. =)

However, I called CIC Help Line, and they told me that it's approved. His words: "Once you receive the passport request you are approved. It depends on the officer to update your file or not. Some people receive the CoPR, and the approved status doesn't even appear to the applicant in the system."

Delivery proof from Canada Post says it was signed by some person. But, is it OK to call cic and confirm the same? If yes, what number to call them on?
