I got SA on 22 of April and after that no update.

We received SA on April 4....no update afterwards. File was moved on May 1 from Montreal to London, ON.

I received notice for when the decision was made for the sponsor, but the PA never received notice for when decision was made.

However, I've noticed that things are generally not consistent between applications, so questions about process will provide you with different answers and might only serve to further confuse you and might not help you in the end.

No. Kitchener IRCC office.

My file was transferred on Apr 25 to the Kitchener office after SA (Feb 28) and I haven't heard anything from them. Online it says eligibility review is going on and background has not been started. One year is up on Aug 30, 2019. Ordered the notes, but nothing in there either. Waiting is all I can do now.
