If your medical pass date changed from the original one but it's still saying 2018 I'd assume it's a typo. It seems they are handling our batch at this very moment, they just work very slowly and inefficiently.

Regarding the GU:
In June 6th, 2019, I received a GU for passing all checks and submission for medical extension.
In June 27th, 2019, I received the second GU and my CIC account changed to 'we do not need your medical etc.etc'
In July 03rd, 2019, I received the third GU and my CIC account changed to 'You passed the medical exam in July 10th, 2018'. Yes, 2018. Also nothing changed in ECAS.

Just now I called CIC and the agent confirmed that the medical was extended. Now we are waiting for the final review.
