I got application update last week with: we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements. So i will wait it out a bit. But idk if i called them they will give me any updates.
From what I read in other forums there is a so called GCMS notes which you can request to check whats going on your application. It is somewhat like detailed, which outlines some issues or causes of delays. Definitely, you can call the CIC hotline some agents will give you an in depth explanation to the best they can some agents are totally useless and will only provide you details tht you can see in your GCKey.
Last week I called them to check my owp since I got a decision made on sponsors side and review eligibility started under PR app. I'd like to try my luck whether theres a possibility that my owp have been approved and just forgot to update online. But the agent was cold as winter season and told me to wait until July. Nothing helpful that I heard from her after waiting for 45 minutes to answer my call. The bect day my owp started review eligibility. And thats where this story ends. No emails received.

I called these assho*es before as well. I literally non stop calling for the whole morning at work, lol all she told me was she did not know. I was so pisses off. Have u tried that note?
No i never tried requesting the note. I think my application is in normal processing I get regular updates or movement every month. Aside from not having my owp, which i blame myself for being careless and paid insufficiently.
I just thought of checking my GC Key its already 5:50 pm in Vancouver and I assumed that CPC officers are off work already. Suddenly saw a ghost update for my work permit and when I clicked got approved today!
My owp was returned to me due to insufficient pyment sent the same day I received it March 26 and it was received in March 28. Today July 02, i got approved.
Hope my Pr is next in line, i have got an approval or decision made for SA

I received an email on Jun 24 saying that they were reviewing my OWP. Then on the Jun 25 I received an email that it was completed an check GCKey.

April 12 - Connected PR to GCKey
April 18 - Connected OWP to GCKey
