Thank you! Don't lose hope. My wife got her PPR email after 11 days of when 12 months passed. So, in total her processing timeline is 12 months and 11 days. So, just be patient (I know it's hard but try) and keep hope.

File "is transferred" to Delhi: Jan 10 or 11
Additional doc. request: May 2nd week
Additional doc. "review" status in GCKey: I think 1st week June
DM/PPR: today (July 2)
