Only Canadian citizen or permanent resident can apply for CAIPS and GCMS notes for their self or for other, if you know someone Canadian citizen or PR they can apply for you fee is CAD 5 only you have to submit a form after filling the all information sign with blue ink scan and send to that person he may apply for ATIP mentioning what is required

Some one applying for you have to mention his full address phone number e mail and his copy of PR card or passport and form IMM 5744 and information sought
