Hello All,
I am new here. I have a CRS of 463 and I entered the pool on the 1st of June. I can see that the tie break rule says May 11. Does this mean that all those were not in the pool by then will not get an ITA, evn if your crs score is above the cut off?

The tie breaker rule only applies to people having the least CRS score which in this case is 462. You should receive your ITA within 24 hours as you are over 462.
