Hi, i need help in my case, i became residence from the Express Entry but till now i have problem because I wasn’t able to declare my youngest child because his dad is different from my first four kids, it is so complicated and risky during my application, i have to choose between, including her and pursuing the application for me and my first children because its time consuming and I’m under the 4 years commutative law on the time of my application, I'm really hoping someone would be able to help, i really miss my daughter and wanted to bring her here, I’m afraid it will affect my status right now

All you can do is to apply to sponsor her and see what happens. Be prepared for an unsuccessful outcome however.
You deliberately misrepresented your situation on your own application because you already knew of her existence.
Sorry to say but the time to have asked for help was before you left your daughter off the application. Listing her and writing a letter of explanation would have been enough. No one would have cared about her having a different father and agents see these kinds of family situation all the time. Not only may you be unsuccessful in your sponsorship, there is also the risk that you can lose your own status. If you choose to pursue it you should know that. Perhaps an immigration lawyer can assist you.
God knows how many times i try to include her in my application but in express entry once you add dependant checklist will follow, and thats include travel documents otherwise the application form will not go trough, she’s only 5years old that time and won’t be able to get her passport without me as her mom, i can't go home because I’m still waiting for my BOWP application, my work permit expired and under 4years commutative, If I’ll go out from here i wont be able come back anymore, I tried to check for anyway for her to get passport even without me but the nearest appointment I can get for her is July and my application to apply for PR will expired by the end of May, its breaking my heart but i need to take chance for me and my other children, plus my other son is turning 20 in few months and will be removed from my dependant list because that time dependant means 19yrs old and below. I’m opening this case for your help because i heard about the project for undeclared family member,

As of September 9, 2019, we will launch a 2-year pilot project where a person (resettled refugee, was conferred refugee protection in Canada or were themselves sponsored as a spouse, partner or dependent child) who came to Canada can now sponsor undeclared immediate family members.
You were neither a refugee, or a sponsored person. You are an economic immigrant who lied in their own application.
The project for undeclared family members does not apply to you since you are immigrating through an economic immigration stream.
You must either declare your child now as part of your Express Entry application - or you can never sponsor that child.
As i have mentioned before is i tried how many times but it will ask you to upload her passport, i don't have time anymore to get it, and to let you know i am already PR 3years ago and my children are here already its just her that was left back home
Then you should have worked with IRCC then to sort out the problems. You could also have taken professional advice. It's too late now.
If you and your children are already PRs and you immigrated through Express Entry - then unfortunately there's really no way to sponsor your child.
As said above, the pilot project does not apply to you.
There’s no extension because Express entry is you will be waiting for invitation to apply, only then you will fill up the form online, each page will require you to complete to go to the next page, every time you put your dependant name it will be followed by uploading passport and of you don’t,..it wont go trough the next page, you have to complete all the form up to the end of the application then you will be given a checklist, I was stocked in the page where i have to upload her passport, on the issue that you said I have time to prepare before the application, Express entry is made for semi skilled and skilled worker who are already 1year or more on the position, that means i only have short period to prepare for the application, i cant go home because I’m nearly running out of status, Express Entry is not like any other application that you can just send and include an explanation letter and ask for extension, its a step by step online application that you need to fill up,

All you had to do was include the child as non-accompanying. You would not have had to provide a passport for her and could have sponsored her after.
That is like saying if Aliens took over the world.
We all know that is not going to happen, it's just hypothetically speaking. I don't know if you know but this was part of his plan if he's elected, he will probably come last.
