Seems I am in your position too. I got a final decision letter refusing my application this week and would like to know how early I can reapply.
Please can anyone help us with any useful info....

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

That was the refusal reason.I plan on again reapplying this week.

Anyone familiar about the CAIPS NOTES issued after visa refusal? I was advised to file one for CAD 2500 but i think this is too much just to determine the real reason for denial.
I just got my refusal letter today, :(:(:(

My initial thought is the lack of justification in my Study plan, could there be other reasons for the purpose of visit?

Who told you it would cost 2500$?

Your visa consultant is trying to scam you if he said it cost $2,500! I think it costs about $20.

There is a whole thread here on how to apply.
https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/caips-codes.2988/https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/caips-codes.2988/

Right?! That’s why I was not sold in getting their service for this.
Base on the website about CAIPS or GCMS notes, I can just file this online by myself right? I have a friend who is a citizen in CAnada who can file it for me. At the right cost.

Please confirm.... :confused::confused::confused:

I have never applied myself, so I don't know if you can apply yourself. I assume you can, but maybe someone can confirm that....canuck78?
