300 days passed and no info, RR for criminal as per GCMS.
You need to look at your GCMS notes and read analyst notes for what the problem is. If it can be solved by providing some supporting documents then do it asap. For example, my police certificate was under review required so I uploaded an authority letter that I provided to my father to get that certificate on my behalf. Once I uploaded it, they cleared the review. So if you can upload some supporting documentation do that asap.

I'm almost touching 10 months end of June. They have asked for my wife's remedical, RPRF and Schedule A for both of us. All are submitted. Is this a good sign?

I have changed my plans to go to canada , so i dont even care anymore , If they take applicants this granted then it's better we serve our country only
That is not the right attitude brother, sorry :)

I understand it is frustrating because I'm experiencing the same emotions. Even I have shown my anger towards this processing system many times. However, you should remember that Canadian PR is a not a service but a privilege.

Hey Guys,

My timeline is as follows:

AOR: 18 Aug 2018
Medical Completed/IP1: 9 Sep 2019
IP2: 18 April 2019
Background check completed: 5 May 2019 (got a ghost update, and confirmed from an agent over call)
Medical Extended on 22 May 2019: to 15 May 2020 (not showing on the website, but confirmed by agent over call)

I got married to a Canadian permanent resident on 16 April 2019, notified CIC through web form on 19 May 2019 with all the proofs, letters etc.

Got it confirmed through an agent over call that my wife's details have been confirmed and added in file on 7 June 2019. I imagine nothing needs to be processed further as she is already a Canadian Permanent Resident.

Now here is the thing bothering me, multiple times over call in the last one month agent had confirmed that all checks have been completed and passed (eligibility, security etc.) but couple of days back I got notified that my file has been transferred to London VO and they are verifying if application meets eligibility requirements. Rest of statuses remain valid.

Before this my file had been rotating between Sydney -Nova Scotia, Ottawa and Edmonton offices.

Are they re-looking at the eligibility? Will they again take 4-5 months to complete it? Any reason to relook at eligibility or transfer to London VO?

My place of residence is UAE and am Indian by nationality.

Insights would be welcome.

Agree but me and my family's life is also important , they took too much time , now normal life continues

It is my understanding that what you see against medical status is the date the first time your medical got cleared. You should call up CIC and ask the agent status of your remedicals.

Finally ready for visa email. Here is the deadline and some useful tips.

CEC inland and wife as a dependant from India.
AOR is August 28, 2018
Medical passed September 2018
May 28th - contacted local MP's office addressing about the delay.
May 29th - MP's representative emailed saying eligibility under review and will get an update soon.
May 30th - received 2 back to back updates from CIC. 1. Schedule A and RPRF for both of us. 2. Re medical for my wife.
June 2nd - documents submitted.
June 15th - wife's re medical submitted.
June 21st - ready for visa email.

If you see the time line, obviously there's a huge amount of delay and that's utterly ridiculous and frustrating. But my tip for my inland applicants is to contact your local MP's office and request them to assist you. Unfortunately this option is not available for Outland applicants which sucks and also have legit reasons.

Stay strong everyone. Good wishes to everyone.

Thank you for your message!

On Monday I received an email from CIC saying that the information that I submitted about my Canadian work experience is not enough. Also that I didn't submit my letter of employment, but I did. On Tuesday I asked my manager for help and submitted all additional documents, when I called CIC on Friday, they said that they didn't receive any documents. It's been almost 10 months and honestly, I'm thinking of contacting my local MP...Does anyone have any experience in that?

Good luck everyone!

The best action or move which can yield result
for you is to contact your local MP. Some persons have contacted their local MP and that really helped in knowing exact appplication status and finalization of their application. So, in other words contact your local MP as soon as possible. 10 months of waiting is frustrating but keep your head calm. You are almost there. Goodluck!...

I strongly recommend that you, without any delay, contact your MP office and explain the situation. Bring proof if possible. That you've re submitted the documents requested by CIC. This is frustrating for sure and unfair in your case since you've submitted them already, twice. Hope you get some proper assistance here. Good luck friend.

Thank you so much @Frank05 and @mainak.g! Yes, I printed all my submitted documents and will contact my local MP asap, hopefully, will get some help. It's so upsetting, considering that I turned 18 here in Canada, only studied and worked here too. Thank you again, and Good luck to everyone who is still waiting for PR!

Its been 10 months today(24 June). AOR was on Aug 24,2018.
Only update i got was on Sept 19, 2018 which was about medical clearance.
Not a single update since then. No idea how longer this is going to take.
