I'm 461, but I believe 462 will be the cut-off.
To reach 461, we need to clean more than 36 weeks of accumulated profiles, which is unrealistic in my opinion.
Note: This is considering a fairly uniform distribution in profiles between 461-470 range.
do you mean cut off will never reach 461 ?

So, I have just received my birthday present from CIC, i.e. -6 points (it is -6 for single applicant of my age). Going to sit IELTS in 2 weeks. I am not sure if I can score 7.5 in Speaking, but in Writing it is possible. I got 7 the last time, because the topic was a bit weird. Hopefully, next time I will be more lucky and will manage to get at least 3 CRS points back.
Sorry to hear that ...
Really envy your writing capability
And i am sure you will get more points
Good luck

As I have posted on ROH 119 before and seeing no sign of draw happening today, I feel like CIC is trying to maintain in conducting 2 draws per month fron now on until the end of year. If they really have a target of issuing 90,000 ITAs this year then with the 13 draws left to go, they will have to issue approximately 3,900 ITAs per draw from this coming Wednesday if they really want to achieve the target. Currently, they had issued 38450 ITAs (2x3900 + 9x3350 + 500 FST) since January, so 51550 ITAs to go divided by 13 draws = 3965 ITAs. and if that the case then I think the round of invitation date will be:
June 26th
July 10th and 24th
August 7th and 21st
September 4 or 11 and 25th
October 9th and 23rd
November 6th and 20th
December 4th and 18th or 11th and 24th or 26th

So i will leave my spouse behind for my CEC application in later August.
But i am aware that the system still needs her Medical Examination Report and No Criminal Record for sure. But besides these two, any other documents from her side, e.g., notarized marriage certificate i suppose? but what more?

And regarding NOC 0711 Construction managers
there are many titles underneath, for example:
....
  • construction operations manager
  • construction project co-ordinator
  • construction project manager
  • construction project superintendent
  • construction senior project manager
  • construction site manager
  • construction site superintendent
  • construction special project manager
  • construction superintendent
  • general contractor
  • general contractor, construction
  • general superintendent, construction
  • highway construction manager
  • housing construction manager
  • industrial construction manager
  • manager, industrial construction
  • manager, pipeline construction
  • pipeline construction manager
  • pipeline construction superintendent
  • project co-ordinator, construction
  • project manager, construction
....
So, regarding my foreign work experience, as long as i belong to (or am close to) one of these titles (NOT exactly a Construction Manager title) or my duties are basically consistent with those under 0711 (except the money/budget part which i never had control, i was more on technical, quality, and progress side), i can use 0711, right?

Any reply will be very much appreciated, thank you!

Ideally, it should be your immediate superior or reporting authority. In case of Banks, it is the Branch Manager or Regional / Zonal Manager.
Yeah..here the problem is i am the branch manager and my zonal manager is not willing to provide me reference.
And i am stuck.

Ask the HR of the company/bank to issue the letter. HR's are usually the people who issues such letter.
Already asked them, they said zonal manager is authorised to issue such letter, but being in govt bank i guess for direct immigration they want resignation first. Moreover i havent told them directly though.as dont want to jeopardise my job.

Unfortunately, you will need to figure this on your own. You could tweet this to Minister of Finance and say bank officials and Zonal officer not giving you your reference letter and is a breach of rights, this might expedite.

Why is your Zonal Manager not giving you your reference letter?

Hey guys,

Quick question about the OINP. Im a bit confused if I'll be eligible for OINP, here is my scenario.

I worked Between July 6 2014 and July 7 2015 continuously full time under one NOC.

The OINP Requirements say that "
  • obtained within the last five years from the date of your NOI from Ontario"
Wanted to ask if lets say I get a NOI in August 2019, will I still be eligible? Just having unusual confusions.

Any insights will be greatly appreciated!

On 10th July draw, there will be 10weeks accumulation on 461 not 36 weeks
That's true. But when I said we need to clean 36 weeks to reach 461, I meant that to happen on Jun 26th, not July 10th. That's why I also think that 461 will receive a ITA for sure on July, 10th.
