whats your case i am little bit confused why you withdraw? and who fraud ?

I met a girl before from Canada
They say fraud just want to go to Canada really hurt me this is unfair
That what she said my woman

Hello. I see u are Nigerian. I am too. My husband spousal visa was refused in Ghana may 22nd. Our kids and I are broken and devastated. I just filed the appeal on the 30th of may. I still haven't received appeal confirmation yet. Pls how long did yours take overall?

My application got denied in May (last month) based on my marriage not been genuine... anyways got devastated but life got to keep moving, my wife is a Canadian and a montrealer to be precise. We had already put in the appeal the very first day we received our refusal letter and we requested for our blue book as well and according to them we were told that we will get the blue book within 30days if am not mistaken but is already going to 40days now and we are yet to receive anything. Is kinda frustrating but I know this is just what people like us have to deal with in reunification with our loved ones. I just need someone to help shed more light on what this whole processing is gonna be like. Thanks my people and I hope soon God in his infinite mercies will help us reunite with our loved ones. Amen .

I actually made a mistake in my question upthere, my main question is how long does it take to get GCMS note ? My wife actually requested for it on my behalf and after filling it out she scanned and send to me for my signature which I did right away and is been over 30day now and we still waiting for the note.... so we a bit worried as to why we have not receive our gcms note since we made the payment of the $5 and submitted the requesting form. Does it sometimes exceed the 30day or we should be worried? Thanks in anticipation for your reply .

My wife already did on Tuesday and the 30 days actually elapsed last week Friday though .
Might have to wait till next week Tuesday or Wednesday then, I know this whole processing takes time and one just needs to be very calm and patience is the key word .

I didn't know you have ti request for the blue book. I thought they send it to you automatically once you file an appeal

Well I can tell u my wife knows how to go about this asking of things from immigration and she always take her time to read stories on here and learn about other people's cases. But am just so worried about my gcms note which my wife had requested for like a month plus ago and I was informed that the blue book takes close to 90/120 days b4 u can get that. Stop stressing yourself about blue book or gcms, you get them at the right time.
Blue book is btw 90-120 days and it ll be mailed to your lawyer and any other known address in Canada and as for gcms you ll get it in your email. But bcos you are using a lawyer or so he or she ll be the one getting all the correspondence most of the time till you take him or her off your application. But I ll advice go back to page 1 of this forum and read you will understand the workings properly. Everybody here have one issue or the other so dont give urself unnecessary pressure or tension just relax follow it one step at a time.

Thanks for your reply, I ain't stressing buh just tryna ask a bit of questions on what kinda looks confusing to me.... had been on this journey for a while now and I really can understand how one needs to be calm and very patient with the processing. Started this journey in 2015 with my refugee claimant program which was refused and put in a sponsorship application which was withdrawn bcoz I was asked to leave Canada.... so am not stressing for I know how these whole process works ma/sir.
