BC PNP status not change

Hi everyone,

I submitted bc pnp under international postgraduate category three weeks ago. The status still in “applied” and does not change to “in process”. Is this normal? Anyone applied has the same issue?

Timeline:
Submitted on 16th May, 2019
Status has not changed to “in process” so far.

You may want to send an email to BC to ask. It should change to in very soon. I applied through BC PNP (same cateogry, but not EE). It took them merely a day to issue nomination letter.

You say the same category. Did you apply under the ipg category? When did u apply? I think I will write an email to them if still no status change... it has been five weeks now...

Yes, ipg category. I applied in 2017 November though, long time ago. And I just finished waiting ( after 1 year and 5 months, paper-based) and get passport request for PR.

My friend applided on May 2 and he just got his pnp certificate today. I applied on May 30, and still in applied status.

Thank u! That's very useful information. It takes 7 weeks for your friend to get it, so hopefully I can get it before mid July.
I will keep updating my timeline.
