I used to volunteer at the Fraser River Discovery Center by the New West Skytrain Station
Inland landing session means applicants don't need to mail their passport to Ottawa and go to border for landing purpose. Instead, CIC set up a schedule for you to meet at one of the inland CIC office to complete the landing process. The reason why I think I may be getting that is that I knew someone else whose application was also transferred to and approved at Vancouver Office (exactly same situation as mine), and he was instructed to do the inland landing at Vancouver office at a scheduled date and time. He also waited for PPR for 2 weeks after Decision Made; but instead of PPR email, he received an email with inland landing instruction. So I guess it'll happen to me too. I think most of the applicants will still be instructed to follow the regular procedure (PPR email, mailing passport out, receiving it back with CoPR and PR visa, go to border to complete the landing, etc.).
For my PGP application (2018) from outside Canada:
On 10 May 2019, Medical Exams were passed.
On 11 May 2019, Pre-Arrival Services letter was received.
On 30 Sep 2019, status changed to "Decision Made"
Today, 8 Oct 2019, we still haven't received any email from the Visa Office about the decision.
This is really annoying. Why doesn't the GCKey account or the CIC account send an automatic email at least advising us of the decision? I hate the wait for knowing the decision when it's actually already made.
I called IRCC 2 days after the "Decision Made", and the representative told me he had no access to the decision because the application was being processed by a visa office outside of Canada. IRCC only has access to in-Canada applications. He did, however, say that usually, if an application is rejected, the email is sent almost immediately and that mine seems like good news! I don't know how accurate this statement is. I really hope it is true.
