hand signature is required to validate the form - type and hand sign or just hand sign, ur choice. I did both.

UCI does not get changed after Citizenship.
Many other people are in the same boat.
You should not worry for now although some people made calls to CIC agents to get Application Number.

what is your source for this info? Ei is a taxable benefit treated as income.

If parents are divorced, then you can sponsor them (and their new family) individually.

To sponsor any of them, you need to meet income requirement for your family + the applicant's family. (i.e. 1 + mother only) for the previous 3 years.
Then to sponsor the other parent, you need to meet income requirement for your family + parent under your sponsorship/undertaking + parent on new application plus any of his/her current spouse and dependents for the previous 3 years. ( 1+1 (mother) + 1 (father) + any of other dependents or spouse of father)
If OP only meet income for 2 in 2016, 2017, 2018 then OP needs to wait till income increase to meet for at least 3 2019, 2020, 2021 and apply in 2022. (if PGP still exist then)

Wonder when @hopevn018 parents got divorced? Pretty rare for both to have never remarried or have a partner plus want to be sponsored by their child which usually means everyone living together.

I am no expert here, so do not take me for 100%.

Since I attached my mom passport (all pages), every time she travels abroad there is inbound and outbound stamp. And in the form, it clearly asked to not to leave any gap. This is the reason I report even if she traveled for 1-2 months (short trips).

I think he can co-sign as long as both your income ( his Canadian income ) meet the limit. For Canadian citizens the residency is flexible as long as income meets the criteria. PLEASE CHECK THE GUIDE ONCE

The issue is that he will not have Canadian income for 2019 but even perhaps part of 2018.

You can use the same one. I have also used the translation of my birth certificate from 2014. I also called CIC for that and they confirmed that old translated copy copies can be used as long as they don’t have an expiry date.
