You need to try again buddy. Try again tomorrow and may be luckily you will get a good agent. Call flow on Mondays is very much.
As per my view, you can try on Thursday or Wed.
Thanks for your positive energy. Yeah, I will definitely call again, specially because the previous agent sent a reminder to the officer last month and asked me to call in 30 days (which was two days ago).

I called on June 06, 2019 and the agent told me that she will send a reminder to the IRCC officer as I didn't had an update after my medicals passed on Nov 23, 2018. My AOR is 24 Oct 2018.
========================================
Email sent by the agent to IRCC.
=============================
The last BF/due date for this client's application was 2019/02/04.( April 02, 2019) The client is asking for an update on their file since no action was taken and delays have passed. Could you please verify?
========================================
Today, I received a response from CPC-CTD-Ottawa that:
Please be informed that your application is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a date on which your file will be reviewed.
Please be assured that you will be contacted immediately should further information be required or regarding the next steps in your file.

@SithLord @legalfalcon @Immigration_guru Do you guys can suggest something on this?? I have received this generic response a month ago when I raised a CSE. I am confused and a bit demotivated as my BF date was april 02, 2019 and no action after that as well. No ADR till now.
Do not loose your motivation brother.
We all are in the same boat... Although our timelines may vary a bit.

I received the same response when a nice agent on call raised a reminder for my case officer.

My BF/due date was 6th May 2019.

But now, things are moving a bit... & We can see our fellows with similar cases receiving their PPRs, which is a very positive sign.

So keep your spirits high... We'll receive our PPRs very soon.:)

This is a generic response and the only thing you can do is wait.
Can you share at which stage you are at according to gcms notes?

So you got the same response "currently in queue for review by an officer" a month ago?

As per the agent , the eligibility check is going on. I have not ordered the GCMS notes.
So in this case either your eligiblity is reviewed by the agent or officer is imp.
So eligiblity is done first by the case processing agent and then the immigration officer marks it as Passed.
I am wondering why you have not requested your notes to check if some Review is mentioned on some specific document or your application is lying un attended from long.

Immigration consultant told that no need for GCMS notes and asked me to wait. They told that if they require something, then they will contact or send ADR.

Read this, this might help you why consultants will not ask you order notes .https://getgcmsnotesbuddy.com/faqs-2/
To be frank, I gathered all the documents that were required Like Reference letters, Tax documents, offer letters, salary slips, relieving letters, Educational documents, WES, IELTS etc Bank FD certificates. Me an my consultant filled the application by sitting together.

Rest , I am thinking of ordering the GCMS now. As per the call center agent she said no red flag on the file.

Yes @SithLord Can you imagine, my last BF date was Feb 04, 2018. I confused about the date as the Canadians date format is yyyy/dd/mm
Honestly, the BF date means nothing anymore. There are many here who gone past their BF dates quite a few times. All they get is another new BF date.

So what I understand is that they will process applications when they want to process. Their priority is only applications under 6 months processing times so they can keep up with the "80%" trend. if you have crossed 6 months then sadly you are the mercy of the visa officer.

GCMS notes are outdated by a month. They reach you after 35-40 days. They're very detailed and give a very clear understanding about your application. However, it is outdated when it reaches you.

Planning ahead

As you are now in a possession of a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR), or have been notified to submit your travel documents in preparation for the issuance of a COPR, you are strongly encouraged to obtain free pre-arrival services funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). A variety of online services and in-person sessions are available to you, your spouse and your dependants. These services will help you understand life in Canada, employment and how to access other free settlement services once you arrive.

To learn more about free pre-arrival services that you can access before you leave, please visit the IRCC website. Please note that in order to access these services, you must show a copy of this letter to the service provider. In-person orientation sessions are very popular and space is limited. We encourage you to register early to secure a spot in an upcoming session.

As you may know, Canada is a bilingual country where both French and English are spoken. If you are interested in living in French, you can get information about Francophone life across Canada by visiting:Canada.ca/francoimmigration.

You are encouraged to take advantage of free IRCC resources available online. Welcome to Canada, the official handbook to help permanent residents prepare to come and settle in Canada, is available atcic.gc.ca/publications. You will also find the videos entitled “Before You Arrive in Canada”and “Your First Two Weeks in Canada” on the IRCC YouTube channelhttps://www.youtube.com/user/CitImmCanada , which provide key information you need to consider before coming to Canada and just after you arrive. The Living in Canadatool, which provides you with a personalised settlement plan and identifies the closest Immigrant-Serving Organization offering the services you need, is available athttp://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/English/index.

We also encourage you to visit our websitePrepare for life in Canada where you can find additional helpful resources.

The following organizations offer free pre-arrival services, either online or in your geographic area.

Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) www.abbotsfordcommunityservices.com/programs

PrepCan www.prepcan.ca

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. www.aeipsuccess.ca andwww.successbc.ca

BuildON www.buildonbatit.com

University of Manitobawww.umanitoba.ca/faculties/coned/english/readyformb

If you have applied for immigration to Canada through Immigration-Québec your integration journey will be supported by the Government of Québec. Québec bound immigrants may also find some useful integration information in this Guide for Successful Integration.

Please be aware that being eligible for, or actually participating in an orientation session, is not a guarantee or an indicator that your immigration application will ultimately be successful or that you will receive an immigrant visa.

The purpose of pre-arrival services is to help potential immigrants take early action to prepare for their new lives in Canada. Such pre-arrival services are expected to facilitate faster and more efficient economic and social integration of newcomers to Canada by effectively addressing needs earlier in the integration continuum and improving linkages between pre-arrival and domestic (in-Canada) services.

The organizations listed above provide a range of in-person and/or online services. More information about the services available and how to register can be found on their websites.

Pre-arrival services and sessions are very popular and space may be limited. We encourage you to explore the websites and register early.

Sincerely,

Immigration Section
