Hello,
I have finally been asked to submit my passport after ONE YEAR! Right now I don't think I'm interested in going again because I've started another program that I like. Do I still need to submit my passport?
What if I submit my passport and then after collecting my permit and student visa I write to my school to defer my admission for a year to see if I'll consider going to Canada again. What are the implications?
OR
What if after getting my permit and student visa, I inform the school that I don't want to school there anymore. What are the implications?
Will making these decisions affect my chances of getting into Canada later in the future?
PS: I don't plan to use the permit or student visa to travel to Canada if I don't end up going. I just thought it'd be a good idea to just have it on my passport.
