Hi, i used to call on ircc number to check the status, as i have no access to my gc key. I sent additional documents and they received on may 22. No response after that. Since yesterday ircc phone system is keep saying "we are unable to find the file with the info you've provided". It happened with anyone else as well? It's been 2days i am keep trying they are not able to find my file on the same number i used to check the status before as well

URGENT...Need help
I got a call from new delhi visa office that why have you not sent ur dependent passport along with you.I told them as he is presently in canada so he submitted her passport at Ottawa,canada.
Earlier on my bahalf,a canadian MP asked the cpc ottawa if My dependent can submit his passport here in ottawa.She got the reply in email that yes she can submit it here in ottawa at the address given in the original passport request sent by ndvo.

Now j am worried why ndvo has called me and asking about my dependent..

Kindly reply if anybody knows about it

I submitted my passport at VFS Global Jalandhar center and its in transit as I checked through tracking number. So guys Any idea how many days it will take to get it back?

FYI - there is a photo booth in VFS center jalandhar where you can get particular photo which is required for PR during passport submission.

I am telling you this as some times photographers in your areas do not click photos with particular requirements and then VFS staff cancel that photo. This is happened with me as well.

I am Feb 19 applicant file transfer to Delhi on 4th May and process starting from 14th May, status showing in process how much time it will take to get dm.

Honestly, it's still the same 12 month timeline even though you may have received pre-arrival. If 12 months passes and you still receive nothing, then you will have to follow up with them or contact your MP to inquire.

MP is Member of Parliament, they can make an inquiry for you if 12 months have passed and you hear nothing from IRCC. You can search for the MP in your area by postal code here:

Mine too...am july 26 th applicant and i recieved pre arrival on march 5th and after that no updates from NDVO no verification calls even ...its gonna be three months for now since i received updates ...is this normal?can anyone advise me on this.

Exactly.....How long do we have to wait for Passport request? Please advice
