Did you get your visa?

But yes, I did get my visa, finished my program, working under PGWP now, have my PR application submitted a month ago, applied for a second Study Permit just in case my PR hasn't been processed by September so that I can start my PhD without delays, got my second study permit issued 2 weeks ago.

OH wow this is great. I'm happy for you and hope things work out as you expect. I have been trying to make contacts with usask to see if I can get any friends but to no avail. Maybe with your experience you can guide me. I completed a Bachelor's in special education in the year 2016 with a GPA of 3.14/4. I intend applying this year for a masters in Special education at the faculty of Education. Do I seem to have a chance with my GPA? I also have two years experience working in the same field..

You should be fine, I mean it's hard to say for sure because each program has its own specific requirements.

What you should do however is apply, it's the only way to know for sure. Worst thing you could do is not try.
