Hello, I submitted on January 31 and delivered on February 4th to Sydney, NS. It will take 2 months according to current timeline to get an AOR1. Hope they start it soon. Good luck to everyone!
I take it as V Good sign provided they don't further send to NDVO early stage. It is a good start
NOT all files are further forwarded to VO but few are sent if a clarification can only be done locally. Eventually all files end up in applicants VO at the end. Some are selected to finish over 90% rt here in Canada. Even some were forwarded to VO and applicants got VISA without interviews. So GOOD LUCK

hi.. i have one question ..i am unable to link filr to account but i can acess the online tool and see status. ..SO previously it was IN PROCESS and it got changed to DISCION made..but i didnt get any mail or anything.NOT all files are further forwarded to VO but few are sent if a clarification can only be done locally. If DM is on Left side of ECAS it is just SA=sponsor's Approval But if on right it is FINAL DM
what is ECAS ? "under check your application status" column when i fill required info like application number and rest.. the in left column it shows name of my spouse and in right column it shows "decision made"which is underlined.

It looks like same to me but try. Mine worked in IE11 not in CHROME
Under a special Bulletin OBO something [work sharing program] they do select certain easy +less complicated files. And do 90% finals here. Then if OK no interview all done matter of few months. Eventually all files end up in PA's country.
