Hi,

I submitted my study permit application online on the 4th of May 2019. I took an upfront medical exam and got an eMedical tracking sheet from the physician's office on the 24th April 2019.

On submitting my documents I never received an option where I could upload my eMeical sheet (I could see such an option when I tried applying earlier, about 15 days before the 4th May 2019, i.e. around 20th April 2019). I was told by the hospital that the results would be sent directly to the IRCC, I assumed that meant that IRCC would be able to pickup my test results using my passport number, etc. and went ahead with the application uploading all the other documents.

Today, i.e. 28 May 2019, I received a request for medical exam in my account. And since I have already taken one, how do i communicate this to the IRCC now?

Thank you.

The medical exam request i received is not for any subsequent tests, but a complete medical exam that is requested for everyone. For some reason, it appears they weren't able to fetch my results from eMedical.
