need help with three questions:

1) The age of my parents is mentioned incorrectly on their marriage certificate. it cannot be changed unfortunately. what should I do? there is a family tree issued by government which I am planning to add as well showing the relationship.

2) my parents visited another country on tourist visa for 8 days and stayed in a hotel. does that need to be mentioned as well in the list of addresses they stayed when filling the background declaration?

3) my grandfather doesnt have a last name. can I put N/A?

1) Provide an affidavit declaring that there is an error in the marriage certificate.
2) Yes you need to mention that address too, you can provide the address of the hotel.
3) Put a N/A and write an explanation letter saying that 'For my grandfather, I have put NA in the last name section of the form because my grandfather doesn't have a last name'

so the Country where affidavit it gets made doesn't matter? just confirming as one of immigration consultant my dad inquired from suggested we get it made from india only. But for that my mom needs to go to india to get it made which is hassle.
I am just afraid they don't see it as a problem

For question 14: I added 3 as my family size for the 3 taxation years.. Should I have added 5?

I assumed that it was asking me the family size for the year since I have not sponsored my parent yet.

Do I need to change my family size now? I am about to send the application today.. Thanks in advance.

The family size in your case is 5, you are required to put that while reporting your income from 2016, 2017, 2018.

Ya, no other dependents for me and for my parents.

I understand as per the link you have provided, but how come this justifies last three years family size? I mean, I am sponsoring my parents in 2019 and makes sense that going forward my family size is 3 and that's because I am taking an undertaking here.

But for past 3 years, my parents were supporting themselves financially.

The link clearly tells u to count sponsored people and dependents. If u cant understand what is clearly laid out there then I am afraid I cant help you..

1) All applications to the federal government are processed in the order on which they arrive to their mailroom. If you send a web form this is the most standard answer you will get

2) It doesn't matter, you can put whatever you want, what matters is what's inside the envelope... I put my address under my mother's name because she is the applicant not me

Lasy year half the people didnt include their sponsoring parents under family size in financial evaluation form under > Employment history. And all of them got approved. And the people who mentioned and included their parents in family size also got approved. Either way its acceptable because the first question on financial evaluation form counts your family size in the box aniways. And according to some post on twitter IRCC said count people of previous undertakinggs and not the sponsoring parents. But works either way guys.

I talked to an ircc agent earlier this morning. I did not provide my UCI in the application package but she still asked for it and she could not locate the application using my UCI. And initially she refused to use my mom's UCI although I filled out a Use of Rep form. i insisted but she said she could not find anything using my Mom's UCI either. My application was delivered on April 30th. She was not sure why some people got their ECAS updated already while their applications were received weeks later than mine. She said as long as my application was delivered i should not worry.

Any thoughts?

are you sure? and what to do if the first one doesn't submit application? to wait up to June 28 and then start? The applications are processed in order of receipt and it is general rule for everything here

you dont have to fill in dependents information on generic and additional dependents form if you are sponsoring your one parent only ?

i my case i am sponsoring my mother, and she does not have any dependent children nor any brothers or sisters
