hello.
i am religious worker in canada from last two years.
i wants to know which kind of work experince documents are required to file PR under the CEC .
my organisation gives me living expenses on 2 to 3 months.
that means they do not give me on every month.
this kind of situation create any hurdles while filling PR under the cec.
because of i am religious worker i do not pay any kind of tax.
that's why i do not have T4 TAX slip .
but my living expenses directly credited in bank on every 2 to 3 months.
what you suggest????
should i tell my accountant to credited living expenses on every month????
pls help me.
thank you.

Not sure what you mean abt "credited living expenses", but assuming you filed your tax returns, you should have a Notice of Assessment that you can use in lieu of the T4. Your letter of employment should accurately describe your remuneration. Assuming you have a work permit, it should be accepted as employment.

i meant to say my organisation give me lump sum money every 2 to 3 months
which is directly credited in my account.
so my question is it is mandatory to get money every month.???
and because of i am religious worker i do not pay any kind of tax.
so i don't have any kind of T4 TAX SLIP.
but my organisation is ready to give me an experince latter .
and also i have work permit.
so work permit and employment latter is enough to show two years work experince in canada while filling PR???
and also i have bank statements but in that i don't get money every month.
but get money in every 2 to 3 months.
so employment latter and work permit is enough to file PR???
thanks.

??? Have you seen any such rule in writing? No, I haven't either. LOL.

The lack of a T4 does not mean you do not have to file a tax return. Even if you are exempt from mandatory filing, there are many reasons why you might want to file file a return anyway. This is one of them : ) If you had filed a return, you would have a Notice of Assessment to support your application.

but my organisation is ready to give me an experince latter .
and also i have work permit.

Not usually...

and also i have bank statements but in that i don't get money every month.
but get money in every 2 to 3 months.
The frequency of payments is only a concern to you.

so employment latter and work permit is enough to file PR???
Again, not usually. But it would depend on the letter your employer writes.

You mentioned your "accountant" - I've never heard of anyone with no taxable income having a personal accountant, so can I assume it is your employer's accountant? If so, can you not ask him/her for a statement of (non-taxable) remuneration / benefits?
