Reading through lines of CIC I just realized that if I re-apply the Court Certificate will not be needed anymore as 6 months have passed since my spouse left her country.. LOL ..Isn't this funny??? I really hope that f I send CSE they may understand this kind of situation.

That does not matter. You needed to send a complete application at the time of submission.

You can send a CSE, but don't expect it to work. Make sure you reenter the pool so you can get a new ITA.

Yes I created a new profile and hope will get ITA next draw...otherwise it will get complicated...

I am having the same situation , the PCC that have provided was not the correct one and my application has been cancel as incomplete

However, i have created a new profile but when i submitted the new profile after filling up the old EE number and UCI number

The system did generate a report saying "your EE has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not longer eligible for EE at this time"

what this mean?

my provincial nomination is still valid till November

should i wait for 60 days after the old EE profile has expired to create another new one so i can get in the pool?

I am completed lost , please advise guys

You don't have to wait for 60 days. Check the data you enter while creating your EE profile. You should be able to do it without any issue.

Just curious, what is 'incorrect' police certificate? How can I make sure mine is correct before I get rejected. What is the court certificate?
There's only one type of police certificates my country provides for immigration purposes.

Hi there,

I just have seen my application cancelled because my spouse police certificate was not enough and CIC was asking for a Court document to. (Mistake that I did not get both of them)

Can anyone that has been in the same situation advise me on:

If I reapply do I have to renew all certificates (bank, police...etc) up to date? (I applied the 6th April)
Will the processing fees be returned?
If I reapply and I indicate that I already had a past EE and UCI, would I find any previous information on my New application?

Please answer only people that have already been in the situation of Reapplying.

Hi what should I did that time with me happen same problem bt my lawyer did not tell me and submit the file wen they cancelled then they send me link to apply I got it in one hour do I have any options
