Visitors Visa refused for my wife. Please help if anyone can advice how to appeal.

Hi Guys,
I am looking for any advice upon my matter, which I am trying to get further as I believe the decision was not fear. My husband is Canadian citizen from Montreal, we are married less than a year , we live in Dubai. I am a flight attendant for 9 years, so no questions about traveling history.
I got refused my visitors visa on the ground that “ Officer “ is not satisfied that I can leave Canada after end of my visit.
So now I really would like to take it further as I believe it is sort of racism over my nationality since I got refused 2 time, and letter about refusal was sent from Abu Dhabi.

Trust me this time file was more than strong.
Please just any piece of advice shall I go with layer or what is the steps, for me this is become now personal and hurt me so much that it is been a 2 year I could not go and see my father in law, meet all my husband friends and family members. On which ground?!

I got visa after 10 years 5 or 6 refusals then got aproval dispite withbtravel history all around the world from the age of 18 now i got visa at age of 45 .very good bussines strong ties etc etc so keep trying with more stronger papers to convence visa officer rather then to blame .they see papers from the angel which we cannot see.

I got visa after 10 years 5 or 6 refusals then got aproval dispite withbtravel history all around the world from the age of 18 now i got visa at age of 45 .very good bussines strong ties etc etc so keep trying with more stronger papers to convence visa officer rather then to blame .they see papers from the angel which we cannot see.

But this is pathetic I am applying for visitor visa not for “ God Knows what! “ what other papers they need ?! Trust me I went beyond this time despite that all I fly to Toronto, like really they think I might not to come back?!

I am happy for you that you are Pakistani, but I believe that nationality should have nothing to do in order to grand the visa. They should look at the file not who you are or which country you belong to. And in my case I believe decision was not fair and I will fight to prove my point.

Are you married to Canadian ?

Being married to a Canadian is a major factor in your application's refusal.

I know it's frustrating, but it has nothing to do with racism. They think (rightly or wrongly) that you will attempt to stay in Canada as your husband is a Citizen. The fact that you have been married for less than a year is also a bit of a red flag. Wait until you are married for at least a year and re-apply. I assume you and your husband don't want to move to Canada?
