Hi all, I have a question. My manager who signed on the reference letter is no longer with the company, I wonder if IRCC will send her email to verify, if yes, my application may be delayed forever...is there any way I report this to CIC?

The letters are most always sufficient. They won't call current employer.

Received request for permanent residence fee today. Anyone know how long from this till decision made and request for passport? Or even better till will arrive in Canada? Anyone with past experience of this stage can let me know will be great.

Outland spousal permanent residence.

But anyway AOR was Jan 28th 2019.

My PR application based on AINP (AB Immig Nomination Prog) is in process and following are my details:

Medical request from IRCC: May 7
Medical exam: May 31
PGWP expires: July 26
Progress bar shows PR completion: Mar 2020

Does anyone know how long does IRCC take to process PR after they have received my medical results? I have to go back home end of August and contemplating if I should even apply for BOWP or just wait for PR since they have requested my medical?

Today we got an email requesting payment of the permanent resident fee. From what I understand this is part of the eligibility phase. Criminality is done and next I guess is request for passport. How's yours coming along?

No update in ecas. If Any look in the linked account because my lawyer is already linked. Only one person can be. But in ecas it's not updated. Stil says medical have been received. Mississauga has had my file for 2 months now. Was transferred there cuz is supposedly a simpler file. I have been told and i have been reading online that this is last part of eligibility before decision made and ppr. I'm hoping so. So far it's been 3 months and 2 and half weeks. So it's not a long time but I'm impatient.

Did they notify you about your file that was being transferred to Mississauga?? Idk what's happening to my file since they're being silent now a days lol.

I don't remember if I had to take medical for AINP application but this is federal application for PR. AINP was done and I was nominated a year ago.

Yes in federal application we need to do upfront medical. My case in same as yours I also got nominated by AINP and now applied in fedral. Could you please share your timeline?@

Hey everyone,

I have applied under CEC Inland- EAPR : Nov 29th
Medicals status changed to 'You passed the medical exam' : Jan 7th
Medical status changed to ' You do not need a medical exam. We will let you know if we need more information': Jan 31st
Medical status changed to 'We are reviewing the results of your medical exam' : May 16th
Expected processing complete date is May 28th.

Called up CIC and they said:- All other processing(Background, eligibility, criminality, security and work experience) is complete. The officer is reviewing the medical results.

Now, my spouse arrived in Canada last year and I submitted his same medical(Work permit) which was valid till Jan 31st, 2019. My medicals are valid till November 2019 so the review is for my spouse for sure. His medical expired on Jan 31st and EAPR was Nov 29th so medicals were valid at the time of submission.
My timeline says 10 days left. Would I get an medical extension or should I plan for re-medical for him???
