I got pre arrival on may 19 2019 and i called cic today and they told me that everything is passed only background verification in process..hope we gonna get it soon ...... gratitude for universe

Hi, We have similar timeline and haven't received any Pre-arrival yet. My timeline is in the signature below. No update after medical passed........waiting

I have a theory...I think the agents at CIC got reprimanded when the processing time changed to 20 months, and so to compensate and bring it back to 19 they fast-tracked a bunch of later applications so they had a 14-15 month processing time. Now that it is back to 19 they are taking their sweet time again
