How long before the draw must one's application be submitted to make the draw? Like 12 hours before, 24 hours or even longer?

Draw Date: May 1, Score 450, Range (441-450), 4,957 Applicants (547 newly added/updated)
Draw Date: April 17, Score 451, Range (441-450), 4,410 Applicants (764 newly added/updated)
Draw Date: April 3, Score 451, Range (441-450), 3,646 Applicants

Another interesting data set of last 3 draws to review here. I've pulled out the no. of applications which were lying under the range of 441-450.

It's quite visible that there is a decline in the number of newly added/updated profiles in this range. Consecutive draws at 451 don't have significant impact on number of applications with score 450 & below. Moreover, 547 new applicants will definitely split as per their actual scores.

Hence, that's an another great sign for tomorrow's draw and hopefully, all the backlog of 450 and few of 449 folks will be picked up tomorrow!

I just realized something. I had my wes eca report completed a year back. A week ago my request for re evaluation was accepted and status is in progress now in wes website. Does this mean my previous report is null and void? Will IRCC accept completed report if I get ITA tomorrow? What will happen If I get ITA tomorrow and my wes status is still in progress?

That's a good question, it's a same case like IELTS. For example, if you send your score for revaluation, you can't use the existing TRF number and you've to wait for the new TRF report if the score changes and update your profile with new TRF number.

In your ECA case, I'm not sure, even if your evaluation report changes, do they also change the ECA report number? If yes, then you would need to wait for your final ECA report and update the new ECA no. in your profile. If you get ITA tomorrow, your details will be freezed and you won't be able to edit any details post ITA process. So, please check with WES, do they change the report number in case of re-assessed cases? If not, then you're good to go and should accept the ITA. Hope this makes sense!

I got to know from some experienced people that OINP looks for the fresh profiles first. Since we all make profile way earlier than we are supposed to, this advantage is taken by the people who submit the profile just before the draw. Again luck based.

If you would have paid attention while submitting the application form we choose where to send our evaluated reports. We select 2/3 options, one to us and the other one to the IRCC(and the 3rd one to the institution, which is optional). So, WES dispatches the two copies of the ECA report to the given addresses. Similarly, your corrected report will also be sent to these recipients. Hence, you and IRCC, both will witness the updated one for sure.

Exactly! They fetch the applicants according to their profiles, which doesn't restrict to the time period. New as well as old profiles can be approached by the provinces. It all depends on the individual skills.

Question regarding POF.
Hello everyone,
I am a primary school teacher by profession. Since age 18, savings account by my name has been used by my father for his business transactions. My account has more than minimum amount required by the IRCC in terms of basic balance and fixed deposit balance.
The issue is all the credit and debit from my account is on the behalf of the firm. There are over thousands of entries in past 8-10 months only.
Can the certificate of this bank account will be accepted by the IRCC as in reality everything belongs to the firm and just the name is mine?
If not, should I liquidate all the funds and transfer them directly onto a new account in my name?
Or I should use intermediaries such as Father, Mother, Father in law, Mother in law in transferring funds and producing Gift Deed?
Hopefully I'll be on 468 score next month so please help.

In your case, Gift deed is a safe option. So you should opt-in gift deed for POF.

I had read it on OINP website. It wasn't explicitly stated that 'only' new profiles will be picked but it could be interpreted that new profiles will find a favour and will be the first ones in the packing order.

In fact, I had read about an ordeal in Jan this year, where an individual kept deleting and creating new profile in a hope of getting picked by OINP and lost to tie-breaker at 439 as he couldn't imagine that CRS would drop to that score!
