Yeah! I came across that also. Anyways, What about the human capital stream? It is only for the FSW inland applicants, I think?
No, it's for both. To qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream, you must meet the requirements of one of these federal immigration programs:

Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), or
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

CBT results come in 4 flat days. Shouldn't take long.
Thanks but we've already taken the computer based test result is out online but TRF will take longer to reach. I need to view someone's TRF copy so that i can decode ours. That is all. Thanks anyway

Go online to find samples of TRF certificate number. It's unlikely that people here will release such private information on the forum.

Quick question regarding the tie breaker rule guys. If we hit the score, for us to be able to picked up, should the profile creation date be lesser than the tie breaking date or greater?

Well next draw prediction is 448. There will b close to 1200 in 450 to 449. Moreover 450 + candidates are declining. Let's hope it goes down and there will be chance for all 440 + candidates in future
I'll be the first to thank you and credit your prediction if the cutoff is 448.

Should be before the tie breaker date. Eg if the tie breaker date is March 28, 2019 at 07:12:51 UTC and you submitted your profile on March 27, you are good to go. Even if your submitted on March 28, before the said time, it’s assumed you will sail through. The only issue I have with the time is our profiles only state the date and not the time a profile was submitted (well at least I haven’t noticed any time).

Thanks bro. I am at 450 now (all the way from 370 two years ago!), profile created on July 2018. Will be losing 10 points on May 20th :(. The last thing I want would be to get stuck at this tie breaker thing. If the tie date is June 18, I am gone !, but again it doesn't make any sense, because no profile is valid for more than an year in EE too.

With July 2018 submission date, you are good to go if the cut off is 450. Out of curiosity, why didn’t you get ITA the last round when the tie breaker date was November 5, 2018??

Well, yeah, with 444 scores I'm eligible under FSWP for the OINP. However, I haven't got any NOI so far.

Don't worry pal. This time tie-breaking rule will surely be somewhere between Jan-March 2019, if the cut-off is 450 again. So, you will easily witness the ITA. Start gathering the documents beforehand. Good luck!
