Man, this is taking into extreme panic mode. I will only have 4 draws up till my birth date, one of them being PNP. My chances are looking very slim despite being at 450

No.. No.. you misunderstood. OINP Masters Graduate Stream gives international graduates with an Ontario master’s degree the opportunity to apply to permanently live and work in Ontario. One can apply for a nomination for permanent residence in Ontario if he/she has a master’s degree from an Ontario university. See this:

Any chance that tie breaker will shift to First week of April?

It all depends on flow of applications with score 451 & above. If the applications with 451+ are less than or equal to 1500 this time in the distribution list, then there are great chances of tie breaker freezing with mid of April at CRS 450 this time.

Moreover, if CIC increase invites from 3350 to 3500, then also chances of tie breaker date - mid of April are higher. Good luck!

So I just casually logged into my WES account and to my surprise, they have reopened my file to re-evaluate masters degree! At least they are reviewing my request is what I could make out! Now it will be either same status (masters equiv to 1 year pg diploma) or updated status. Does anyone have encountered similar situation?

There was a post here last week I guess where someone requested WES to reevaluate the degree and much to his surprise, WES upgraded the report to Masters. So pray for the best !

Draw - April 17, CRS 451, 451+ Applicants - 2,176
Draw - April 3, CRS 451, 451+ Applicants - 2,207

Looking at the last 3 draws, we all noticed a gradual decrease in the number of applicants above 451+ (which is a great sign for the upcoming draws).

I'm very hopeful if applicants with 451+ reach to 1,500 this time, then there is a great chance of all 450 score clearing through this time for sure. Also, if CIC surprise us with 3,500/3900 invites on May 15, that would be an amazing thing for all of us.

Yeah! I came across that also. Anyways, What about the human capital stream? It is only for the FSW inland applicants, I think?

Yes, this may also happen like the way CIC did last time when they cleared all 451 applicants and cut off was 450 with tie-break in November.

Like I said earlier, 1500 applicants above 451+ and increase in no. of ITA (even if 3500 this time) may take the draw to 449 too on May 15. And it's not about we're just predicting here, actually we're more confident with the actual data now. So, YES, we can expect 449 too, not sure about the tie-breaker though
