I have received a job offer from comfort inn hotel. I just want to ask if this is legit. I am in the middle of the process and I need to pay 185$ for the working visa. The letter is posted below.

Visa/Work Permit and Processing Fee -$185 Us Dollars .You are to pay fees to the Canadian Foreign Labour REPRESENTATIVE EUROPE., the office responsible for applicants outside Canada. They will pay it directly to the Immigration Service Visa & Permit Department on your behalf. When you are in contact with the above mention office, you will have to request for methods of payment.
After you make the payment, the Canadian Foreign Labour REPRESENTATIVE EUROPE will alert the Immigration Service Visa & Permit Department about it and then your file will be forward to the Work Permit Approval Unit for review before it can be forward to the Chief Immigration for final approval of the Work Permit.
Please note that if you are not approved, according to the immigration law, we will re- submit again after 18 Working days. The assurance of being improved is high due to the documents from your Employer. All needed from you is done. Some time the Chief Immigration might require a police report from you, that is to show you are crime free and if you ever committed any crime, that you are not a free person.
Note: Please do let us know if any member of your Family will accompany you down to Canada as it has to be included in the documents that will be submitted for Approval.
And if you will be coming to Canada with any member of your family, you will be requested to pay for the visa fee of the person. Your Right of Resident document will cover his or her stay here Canada. And the number of persons allowed for first- timer Work Permit applicants Two adult and Three Infants. For the case of infants, their schooling papers must be submitted.
Your Work Permit will takes 18 or 20 Working Days to be approved. and some time applicants document can be approved within 18 or 20 Workings Days, it all depend on the Chief Immigration. The deadline set for you to make register with the above mentioned office and make the payment is 11th March 2019. After that date your application will not be honoured.
