Nope my account is not joint with anyone. Yes in my account I have applied FD for 12 Lacs rs and in saving 11500 Ra so they considered only 11500 Rs. Fortunately yesterday I have submitted revised bank letter mentioning all FD + Savings with sum amount and can liquidate anytime. I hope they will consider this letter

Yes you need to submit a revised letter from the institute, stating the following:
1. Your access to this account
2. The time span of converting the FD to liquid Cash

Hi..@legal falcon , my agent submitted CSE yesterday with updated bank letter. How can I get the details like he has submitted my CSE. Presently my application is processing at New Delhi visa office and I also heard that candidate dont get acknowledgement mail from them. Is it true ??

There is an automated reply that is sent from NDVO after submission. It takes 2-4 weeks for the documents to be added to your file after you send them. If you did not send the CSE yourself, you will have to rely on your consultant.

Alternatively, you can request GCMS notes after sometime and it will be in there too.

Hi.. Yesterday I have submitted updated bank letter with mentioned details like total amount of FD + Savings and also details like total amount in Canadian dollars. BANK official also mentioned that as on date rate of CAD.

As per your suggestion I have also kept note like this amount is liquidate and any time can get as and when required. Hope this suffices to them.

No need to be concerned about. All IRCC cares about is that you have the funds, and they are not borrowed.

If there is a incoming document, it will have to be reviewed before a decision is made.

if you are the only applicant in the file you can order notes, if not you should wait for some time.

No, RR is a normal scenario under which the agent wants the immigration officer to review the documents.
Transfer of Visa officer is normal, you need not worry.

@legal Falcon :Can you please help me with this query?

The application are usually transferred to NDVO during or before eligibility. Ideally, it is the eligibility that you are looking for in the GCMS notes. So wait for 2-3 weeks and then order the GCMS notes, so that your will see the preliminary eligibility in the Notes.

Also, the GCMS notes should not be request within the 45-60 days post AOR. As by then the eligibility is not started. So wait for some time.

My PR application is approved and will recieve my stamped passport and COPR within a day or 2, as it has been dispatched from IRCC Delhi to my local VAC.

My query is, if i get a job offer after my COPR is issued, do i still need to show the minimum funds amount (as per the FSW program) after landing in canada to the immigration officer OR the job offer will suffice the requirement...??

I am not able to find the exact answer for my query

I have just got my notes issued last week and I have S17 noted my right-hand side. By searching all this, no one has mentioned this om their GCM notes.

Notes has been partially disclosed.

IRCC states:

You will be asked to enter in your Express Entry profile the amount of money you will have to help you settle in Canada. This is to show that you can support yourself and any family who come with you to Canada, and helps us assess which programs you may be eligible for.

You will only need to meet the settlement fund requirement if it applies to the program you are invited to apply under.

If you are invited to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or Federal Skilled Trades Program, you will need to show that you meet the settlement funds requirement unless you:

• are currently authorized to work in Canada, and
• have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada.

For proof, you must get official letters from any banks or financial institutions where you are keeping money.

Letter(s) must list:

• all current bank and investment accounts
• outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans

Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer.​

You have to meet the two factors:

be authorised to work in Canada and have a job offer. Since you have not yet landed, so you are not authorised work and therefore you cannot show the jo officer. However, if you have a LIMA and a WP, then you can use the job offer instead of PoF.
