People are talking about ECAS already. I am confused.
The usual process is any CPC will take atleast month or two before opening your package and enter into system. That's when we get AOR and ECAS will show "Application Received". If it's PR application, we should be able to link it to GCKey account and if it's a citizenship grant application, we can't link.
How is that people are now expecting ECAS to show up the application within a couple of weeks after sending out the application? Is the process changed?

hello all

I have to apply for my Mother only, my father is no more with us. Her parents are also deceased.
Now my question is do I have to attach her parents' death certificates also or I just have to fill out the dates. ?

I have my father's death certificate with me. that I can send along with application.

please help..!

thanks
No need of your grand parents's Death Certificate. As Your Mother's Parents (your grand parents) are deceased and they are NOT dependent on your mother.
But, don't forget to put your Father's Death Certificate (Translated into English if NOT in English).

Question:

In IMM5768 form question 14, we have to put Gross income/benefits for period, does that mean the total salary for the last 3 years ? or the income per year ?
Total Sum of last 3 years. I basically never change my employer in last 3 years.
So I put 2016-01-01 to Present in Q# 14. And added line 150 from NOA 2016, 2017 & 2018.

Hey guys - Need your help!

I sent in my PGP application today but realized now that I missed the handwritten signature in Form IMM5669. Can I mail these forms separately and attach the invitation letter and a letter explaining that handwritten signature were missing in the earlier documents sent.

Please advice!! Your help will be greatly appreciated!

For imm5669, only signatures need to be handwritten, right?
Date is already there when signed electronically?
There ia no sucj requirement that even date needs to be handwritten ?

Situation: husband-wife-2 kids. Both husband wife applying for their parents PR and both are going to co-sign the others application.

My parents are going to come here in first week of June so I intend for them to get required documents from inlaws + their own and then take their sign and send it off.

I had some questions around the form filling:

1. In Financial Evaluation form imm5768e, I have a question on the table with numbers. Considering above family setup, I have doing
You - 1
Number of people in form - 2
Number of people I have co-signed but not yet in effect - 2
Other family members not included above - 3 (wife + two kids_
And hence I get 8

Plan to do the same with my wife's application for her parents.
Does this seem right?

2. In the same form, Employment History table - family size? This is immediately family size living with me = 4? Or taking into consideration parents + in laws = 8?

3. In Schedule A form eimm5669e - There is a field for spouse saying "Family name at birth". So this is where I mention my mother's maiden name or my mother's name when I was born? God, I feel terrible even asking this. But I'm confused.

I tried to put my question forth in the most detailed yet minimalist way, if something is not clear - please let me know.

Thanks in advance
anyone?

Does the date have to be handwritten with signatures or you can select it on the form (electronic)

confused by this statement
Sign with a handwritten signature and date in the spaces provided.

Take it easy dude. Dudette.

Young Canadians use these terms quite a bit.

It's like "hey guys" when there are some females in the group too.

Gender is fluid of course. But genetic karyotypic sex is more or less binary in most cases.

So are you XX or XY?
I don't know... I use "hey guys" too for a mix gender group. But "bro" is different... and I feel the same for "dude".
Since this is a forum and we really don't know each other so well, I don't address any one not close as "bro" or "sis" or "dude".
LOL
