Transcripts from Annamalai University

Will they send the documents sealed to our address or will it be send directly to WES?
Exactly what all documents did you request from them for WES.

Rules were not changed when I have applied for transcripts. I took the transcripts and sent it from my end. you will have to contact the university to know the latest procedure on this.
They will ask you for provisional/degree certificate and consolidated/single marksheet whichever is applicable to your degree along with WES Transcript Request Form. They will provide attested transcript attaching all the above docs in an envelope.

I had applied for WES for my Wife and she completed her education from Annamalai University. I got the transcripts and paid 3500rs. Sent them via DHL as i was an applicant before 01st December 2018.

To my horror surprise, WES put the application on hold on 4th Feb 2019, stating they need re-verification from the university. paid the fee online and now awaiting for the good news from WES.

on the same page as you. The COE mail id mentioned in the website is not in use. Not sure if WES sent the mail to the currently used mail Id. Because in my case, univ says they dint receive any mail and that they will reply in few days once they receive.

WES sends an email as well as paper mail too. In my case, the university confirmed that they received re-verification request from WES

Perfect!!! I saw a ray of light after quite sometime on this thread. All the best for those waiting. @Aditya could you share whom you got in touch @ university about re-verification email. Any fone number /Email id . Or is it the usual email id

I got an email from the controller of examination department. Paid the fee online via credit card. Emailed them and sent them a printout of the receipt of the payment as well. No specific person as such. The email address of the COE is listed on the website of Annamalai University. But before you pay, make sure, they have received your re-verification request from WES or any other ECA body

I spoke to them.. they said the same. But what optiondo we need to select while paying online (Transcript Foreign (Re-Verification) or Genuine FOREIGN (DDE) )??

Do WES will recognize the Annamalai Univerisity- TamilNadu (PG- Diploma) Courses. Any one had wes verified from it???

Hi, All anyone in this forum who transcripts was sent directly by Annamalai to WES. University had a quick turnaround time this time. In 15 days they issued my transcripts. They have given me reference number. and it says Airmail tracking. How long does it take to reach WES. Any Idea.

These are email Ids I used to get my transcripts. It reached wes on 29th March.

aucoecell2016@gmail.com, auexam@hotmail.com.

WES is taking long time to verify annamalai documents. Please check other ECA providers before finalizing WES for annamali.

Yes my annamalai MA degree evaluation is also on hold. University says they have not recieved any verification request from wes. How are you contacting annamalai?

I'm facing the same situation. Please reply did you get you WES done after all the hurdles or not?

Hi All,
I am planning to do my ECA.
I have done my master's in Annamalai university @2012, Ug in different university. .what is the procedure right now for eca quite confused. Transcripts/certificates attested? ?Can someone throw some lights on it! !
