A search on the forums shows that you're fine to claim for both the full-time study and full-time work provided that neither of them is in Canada. I'm in the same situation and am claiming for both.
I did a search before I submitted my profile and another search today upon seeing your thread just to confirm, but I didn't save the link. You can do a search and will find plenty of people having the same situation like us and the advice is universal as I said earlier. In fact, as a lawyer, I also read up on the Canadian legal text and find the same answer.
For me, I've just got my ITA and is preparing for eAPR.
I applied in February. I haven't claimed point for overlapping period and moved to personal history.have you got the PR?
I am asking because I am sailing in same boat as I am having full time work experience with the Full time undergraduate Bachelor degree

Hi, no I haven't got PPR, but my eligibility is met (basically it means my application is fine, just need to wait for background check). I'm waiting for security check (a part of background check) to complete, as are many other applicants during this period. I'll let you know when I got PPR.have you got the PR?
