I was going to apply for ATIP for my application and it has 2 options to choose from, can you kindly advise It should be requested under “Privacy Act” or under “Access of Information Act”? Which shall I choose? And do I need to upload my PR or a consent form with that too?

I got a test invite today. 29th May 2019. I think they are probably going to do a big sweep of Vancouver Island in one go, as I've been told they come over from Vancouver to do it all.

If you have have checked the spreadsheet you will know that you are not alone, I too am like you and many others (I am from Surrey). Calling IRCC getting info through other ways will only do that, get you info, if that helps with anxiety, sure go for it, but your application will move when its supposed to. So be patient, I have been checking my ecas daily twice ever since Feb, thats basically all we can do.

I passed test today. It was easier than expected. I studied in more detail than it was needed.. there are no trick questions. I think 2 days of study is enough before exam. I got 20/20 I studied for a week.

One of the options is only for residents and it cost you $0 to apply, choose that one.
You might need to update PR card to prove that you're a resident.
