Don't you have any dignity? If yes, I hope, you 'll stop this nonsense and would only talk about the present scenario, not the whole year.

Suraj
Dude you can’t stop me or can’t order me about what should I post. You are not at all in the position of telling me that. Get you PR dude. Looks like you missed the draw today and this is your frustration

One of the reasons score wasn't going down was no PNP draws for Applicants with masters (within Canada), So all they needed is to score 6.5 in IELTS to jump above 451. As there was draw for PNP yesterday you would see fall in the number of applicants with 450+ scores.
Why should people with 450+ go through PNP when they are getting ITA directly???

Most of inland applicants gets their work permit in July or August so this year in July or August a lot inland applicants will finish their 1 year experience and they will be eligible to create their profile and as they are inland applicant they will get some extra points. They will have Canadian experience points as well as Canadian study points. So the score will remain above 447.

Another reason is IELTS. computer based IELTS Is also affecting CRS.

There will be a lot of inland applicants who were in between 440-445 last year (due to ideas score in ielts) they all will increase score by finishing their 2 years experience as well.
Very interesting but I still don't get why 447 specifically. Infact I see a lot of variables that can still impact the score.ie.draw size, frequency, number of pple entering pool etc. Also, computerized IELTS is not necessarily easier than paper based exam. You still have to work hard to pass.

Give us something more concrete with your prediction. Believe me if you are right we will all clap hands for you & declare you G.O.A.T.

But, there are less number of people who would have the patience to wait for express entry, when they have a chance to get PNP.

This is really up to you and your friend as 460+ is a guaranteed score for immigration. Safest way is to decline and wait until you obtain all 3 years. But I've know others who were able to get through by accepting an ITA before they had enough exp. Some got rejected. Decision is yours.
Don't worry, as long as he submits the application after his 3rd year of experience, he can take the earlier ITA

Who are above 450 they will never accept PNP because they know they will be in pool soon. And one main thing for not accepting PNP is they already have enough points and they won’t spend money and time on that

I don’t think so they will increase number of ITAs because in 2018 they only sent Invitations to 24500 people by May 1st and this year they sent 31250 ITAs. So they will not increase ITAs.

PNP people affects score as well because when PNP draw happens they will submit all documents for PNP and they get approval from 60-90 days (Different in all province) in Ontario. So those who receives nominations will get extra 600 points.

Main thing is affecting score is inland applicants, IELTS(Compute based) and also PNPs.

Ielts is not easy but people don’t have to wait for a month for next date.

I told 447 because what I believe in June mid or in July starting Cutoff May goto 447-448 and after that due to inland applicants it will again increase to 450.

Don’t forget elections in November

Score jumped to 470 from 445 !!!
One of my friend who was sitting at 445 had a sudden rise of 25 points on 1st may and today he recevied an ITA. He was due to complete his 3 years work experience on june 7.
Can anyone shed light on this. Is IRCC considering only months and not particular dates while calculating work exp?
I am due to complete my 3 years exp on 16th July does that mean i'll get the additional 25 marks on 1st June ?
Hi Ravinder @ravinder_singh . IRCC calculates your work experience depending on the dates you provide in the EE profile under your Work Experience section. However you should also keep in mind the fact that your work experience duration would not include your vacation days and the days outside Canada if you've travelled outside , not including the paid vacation days provided by your Employer.

Unfortunately there is no way to provide this information in one's EE profile Only to know later while submitting travel history if your profile gets picked up. So It would be greatly beneficial if you check your vacation days. Apart from the 30 hours * 52 weeks per year rule. Please go through below info from this link. Hope this helps.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/economic-classes/experience/qualifying-work-experience.html

"An allowance for a reasonable period of vacation time will generally be made in calculating the period of qualifying work experience (e.g., a two-week period of paid vacation leave within a given 52-week period in which the applicant was engaged in qualifying work experience). An allowance for normal vacation time during a period of qualifying work experience cannot be used as a substitute or proxy for meeting the in-Canada element of the work experience requirement (i.e., work experience obtained outside Canada will not be considered as though the applicant had been on a period of vacation in order to be counted as part of the period of in-Canada work experience). "

I don't agree with your assessment that because the number is currently more than last year they will not increase ITAs.
Recall that the ITA target for this year is supposed to be about 6500 higher than last year. With that in mind, isn't it likely that the pace for the remainder of the year could mimic the pace of the last year from May onwards? (i.e increased ITAs throughout the year)
