I don't see any reason, my application is not in Review Required as well. I think its just untouched.
Make sure you check every line of the agents notes. In my case it looked the same on first and second look but when I went over it there was a single line added that explained which document was causing the hold up. I was able to get a updated version of that document and upload it and after that things moved relatively briskly. I would also recommend emailing or visiting the MP's office. In my case that got me a much more detailed breakdown of my status. Good luck
Thanks for your suggestion, today i visited MP's office. They spoke to someone and said "there is a huge Express entry backlog, your application was reviewed on March-28 and is now waiting for Officer's review. As your eligibility is not yet passed , security check is not started." and they suggested me to apply Open work permit before 2 months of my current WP expiration date. I will keenly review my 2nd notes again as you suggested. Thank you...

Yes i did but i didn't find any significant note or update in that. But will review my notes again.
